The front desk staff were friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge, maybe a super king, and great to sleep in. Their free coffee was a nice bonus, and it was my favorite of the hotels I tried. You can use the dining area at dinner and there’s a microwave, just clean up after yourself. Plenty of parking, though this really suits guests who are driving. Highly recommend.

After our ski vacation, the three of us had a relaxing stay to recharge. It works well as a stopover hotel and had what we needed. My 11-year-old especially liked the bunk bed. Breakfast was decent, there was a free meal for kids, and we managed to communicate in English. I’d recommend it.

The room was warm and comfortable, though a little cramped with several large suitcases. The bathroom was clean and nice, and fresh towels were provided each day. Parking was easy, and restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance.

The rooms were well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Comfort Inn Karuizawa turned out to be one of my best choices in the area for a clean, comfortable stay at a good price.

The breakfast looked tempting, but we had to hurry out before trying it. We walked in at the last minute and got the same price as the online rate. The room was clean and nice, though a bit small for two large suitcases.
