Regina Resort Kyukaruizawa

The restaurant was amazing, and the service, location, and rooms were all great. A fabulous hotel for dogs and their owners!

Wonderful stay, even for Regina. We'll be back!

Nice place.

We stayed here on a trip to Karuizawa. After shopping at Karuizawa Prince Plaza, we walked along Ginza Street to the inn. It's on a quiet street, was clean, and parking was easy. Our room was stylish, spacious, and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. There's a private dog run on the first floor with a paw-washing area. My dog doesn't tend to run around alone, so we didn't use it much, but it felt like a comfortable little garden. There's also a shared dog run that dogs who enjoy playing with others would probably like. The food was delicious, with drinks to go with it for anyone who enjoys alcohol. The staff welcomed us warmly and treated us with great care. There is a lounge where you can have as much coffee as you like, as well as a bar. We meant to visit, but had already had quite a bit to drink with dinner, so we skipped it. They seem to serve dessert there, too. It's not an inexpensive place, but I'm glad we came. It was a lovely stay and a great memory, and I'd be happy to return. Thank you very much 😊
