Dinner was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and patient with people who don't speak Japanese. The rooms are laid out well. Highly recommended.

We spent three nights here and ate at the restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. The hotel was a great experience, with extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced for popular Karuizawa. The woman working there was nice. Breakfast is available at a fair price, though it wasn't anything special.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms are really nice and large, and there's a courtyard behind reception where you can relax. The car park is a little tight.

The staff were really friendly, and the room was spacious. The price is great value too.
