It felt a bit like camping, and each room had no bathroom of its own, so everyone had to share two bathrooms. Our dog barely had room to move around in the room, and the hallway noise was loud enough that the dog struggled to sleep. There's a dog run, but with snow likely still on the ground, it may be hard to use until the end of March. For the price, it didn't feel worth it.
Our large dog could go straight from the room to the terrace and garden, where we had a relaxing time. The bath was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The quiet setting felt a little secluded, and we enjoyed walks taking in the scenery spread out around us. We'd definitely stay again.
Surrounded by forest, the hotel was quiet and comfortable, and conveniently close to Karuizawa. Pets are welcome, with cages, litter boxes, and pet sheets provided. You can reserve the barbecue area and bath for private use, and Wi-Fi is available. The gentle owner made the place feel relaxing, and I'd like to visit again.
The owner has a lovely, friendly personality, and this secluded villa is a great place to stay with a pet. There's a spacious dog run and a barbecue area, so both dogs and guests can enjoy themselves.
Pets are welcome here, and you can have a BBQ. Otherwise it was fine, but the bath time is limited to 30 minutes, which felt too short, and you can't use it when another family member is bathing.
