Fresh sheets every day aren’t included in the base price. The rooms are small but clean and have all the facilities. You can request a hot plate and stove, as well as an iron and ironing board. The location is very good, and so is the price.

It’s a small studio with a small bathroom, so I’d recommend it for one person. There are bathroom and bedroom essentials, including an alarm clock, but space for only about two or three bags. Laundry costs 300 yen total, 200 for washing and 100 for drying. If you check in after 6 pm, the hotel entry passcode is C0850, then dial 6 on the white phone. If that code doesn’t work, use C08580.

The room was small but clean, and the bed wasn’t long enough for someone who’s 6 ft. Rice and utilities are provided, and there’s a coin laundry machine. It’s easy to get here from Kawasaki Jr and Kekyu station.

I spent two months here on an official trip to Japan. It’s a decent, budget lodge, very close to lazona Kawasaki maal. The rooms are very cramped, with a TV, AC, small fridge, and cooking facilities.

The room is compact but very convenient, and the receptionist was very polite. The hotel is in a good spot in Tokyo.
