The room made it easy to unwind after our trip, and from the high floor we could watch JR trains go by. We stayed three days at JR-East Hotel Mets Kawasaki, and the room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The front desk team were attentive and welcoming. Being so close to the JR station also made getting around simple. It felt like a restorative final stop on our journey, and we’re grateful for the relaxing stay. We’d gladly return to Kawasaki and stay here again.

That nearby mall was a real surprise, with a fancy food court downstairs and top-end shops on the upper floors. We even thought it compared with Ginza 6 in Tokyo. The hotel itself also exceeded what we expected: the room was great, spacious, and in a fantastic location for the price. We’ll be back!

My room was clean and nice, with a view of JR trains passing by. The hotel is near Kawasaki's main station, and the staff received my box luggage for me. I recommend staying here.

I couldn't hear any station noise from my quiet room, even though JR-East Hotel Mets Kawasaki is so close to Kawasaki Station. The room was roomy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. I stayed April 13th to 19th and had a wonderful time. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Kawasaki or nearby.
