The heated floor in the room was such a pleasant surprise as the weather got colder. Sadie had solutions whenever we needed anything, and her friendly hospitality made our 10+ night stay wonderful. She’s a wonderful host who has made sure her home has everything you need. The place is close to a 24 hours FamilyMart, and just 5min from the Kuji subway station and a beautiful, expansive park. Sadie communicates excellently and speaks perfect English. It’s a lovely place to rest and relax, and I’d stay here again anytime. Can’t recommend this lovely home enough.

The landlady speaks Chinese, so communicating was easy. There’s also an adorable black cat who pays close attention to every guest, though it’s a little shy. My favorite thing was the 15-minute hike uphill from the accommodation to Fujiko Fujio's grave. It felt like a perfect way to remember our childhood. A fantastic homestay!

The rice fields nearby give the area a really peaceful feel. This was my first homestay, but it felt as comfortable as being at home, and the interior was spotlessly clean. I’d definitely like to come back.
