I used the telework plan, so I wasn't there overnight. It was inexpensive, clean, and had a creative feel, which I think is what 3C inn is about. Each room has different art on the walls, and guests can use the shared living room freely. There's a Kotatsu, a Japanese table with a Futon, so you can casually experience that part of Japanese culture. Near Kawasaki Sta., it’s a photogenic place and especially suited to solo travelers. I really recommend it as a place to stay in Kawasaki.

The room was clean and the service was very comfortable. It has a small desk and Wi-Fi, but no TV. I didn't mind that.
The rooms, toilet, and shower were all clean, and the illustrations around the place gave it a homey feel. When I first saw the old exterior and neighboring buildings, I wondered if the place would be okay and even thought about canceling, lol. But the good reviews and new lanterns made me think it had been renovated properly. Inside, it was better than I expected. It's a little walk from Kawasaki Station, but only about five minutes from Hatchonawate Station. Haneda Airport is around 30 minutes away with one transfer, so getting there isn't too bad. The service was polite, the price reasonable, and I'd definitely come back.
I felt at ease here, even though it was my first time staying in the area. The manager was kind, and there's a map in the room listing nearby shops. Hatchonawate Station and a convenience store are close by, while Kawasaki Station is a short walk away. The residential neighborhood is quiet at night, and I slept soundly. This renovated accommodation is particularly suitable for solo female travelers. The private rooms are cute, clean, and lockable. The shared TV area is spacious, and the former manager's office and bath area have been turned into a common space; the large bathtub is still there and looks great in photos.
This place was once a simple lodging house and has been renovated with art. It feels homier than the rather uniform business and chain hotels around Kawasaki Station, and the manager's personality keeps me coming back. I use it for telework day visits and sometimes stay overnight. The facility is clean, with a convenience store just a few minutes away and some stylish lunch spots nearby. It’s in a residential area about a ten-minute walk from Kawasaki Station, and it seems to attract a lot of women guests.
