It’s easy and hassle-free, and the location is great. I’d happily stay here again.

The hotel may be old, but it’s very clean, with things like new carpet and wallpaper. It’s exceptional value for the money. There’s some English spoken at the front desk, so speak slowly and be patient.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and the room was decent, though really small. It’s a small business hotel with an okay unit bath, but the bed was a problem: I could feel every spring in the mattress. For what was offered, the price felt too high.

The staff are really kind, and the room was in good condition. It’s very easy to find from Mizonokuchi Station(mizonokuchi). I’d stay here again if I visit kanagawaken.

It’s an old, worn hotel. They have a strange policy: you get one bottle of water if you skip room service.
