We were a family of three, and the cottage’s own hot spring was available around the clock. There’s also a hot spring dome across the way that you can use, which was great, as long as you don’t mind bugs. Dinner with a barbecue cost about 17,000 yen. There was a cosmos field right in front of us from here. We should have gone over when we were there.

The family bath is roomy, with a high ceiling, a semi-open-air setup, and a toilet in each room. Shampoo and body soap are provided, and the water temperature felt just right. The bath is a hot spring. But there was long hair left in both the bath and changing room, which was unpleasant. I’d like those areas cleaned after every use, and a lint roller put out. I’d rather see the reception staff cleaning than watching TV.

This is for the family bath only. The hot spring water comes straight from the source. The space is compact and has a toilet, while the indoor and outdoor baths are bright and easy to use. Conditioner, shampoo, and body soap are provided.

The indoor bath connects to the open-air one, which is really nice, and the changing room is spacious too. Great value for the money!

My family and I stayed in a bungalow at this beautiful spot with a lovely view. The hot springs were really good, which makes what happened especially disappointing. As soon as I took the first comforter from the cupboard and unfolded it, a huge cockroach came out and flew around. I was shocked. They should use insecticide regularly or hire pest control. That night was scarier than a ghost. I won’t be coming back. Maybe it’s a good place for people who like cockroaches.
