We had a fun BBQ afternoon, and the meat and other ingredients in the plan were good quality, tasty, and the right amount for our group. The staff were nice, explained everything properly, and even helped grill some meat. We picked a bad day for it: it was windy, started raining a little, and the covered seating kept us mostly fine, but the strong gusts still blew our things away now and then. Annoying, but we had fun.
The tents and amenities were very nice. Having to reserve a shower was a bit annoying, especially since showers were only available at night and all the slots were gone by 6 pm, even though the campsite was only half full. We found a sento about a 10-minute drive away that stays open until 1 am.
It’s a pretty unique experience, though quite expensive. We brought our own food and had a great party, and I’d still come back.
The staff had a very bad attitude. I won’t come back.
