There's a private Japanese garden inside the hotel, and you can enjoy its view over breakfast, which has plenty of choices. The hotel has a superb, aesthetically pleasing quality for a good price.

6/10
The dining and room-service staff were high standard, though most of the reception staff were cold-shouldered. The bathroom shower is over a bath with no anti-slip surface, which felt extremely dangerous for elderly people like us. Reviews going back several years have criticized toxic black mold in bathrooms and poor paintwork. Management thanks reviewers and apologizes, but seems to leave this ghastly situation unfixed. I felt totally ripped off and would never return. Judge by the photos.

The garden is breathtakingly beautiful, and breakfast is best enjoyed with that view. The bed was a bit small for me, but the amenities were reasonable for the price. There's also a vending machine in the lobby.

The Japanese garden is beautiful, and breakfast was very nice with many kinds of dishes. The room was comfortable and the staff lovely. Everything worked well, and whenever I needed something, the staff did their best to help. I strongly recommend this place.

The room décor wasn't really to my taste, though there was nothing wrong with it. The hotel is close to the center, and the monorail just outside makes it easier to connect to other trains. It also has a beautiful Japanese garden, with a great view from the restaurant at breakfast, which was very good.
