It's a little far from the nearest station, but you can walk to plenty of attractions and restaurants. For the money, it's a great hotel, even if it's no resort. The staff were kind, and we got a Fuji-view room after asking. Waking up to that clear view was one of the best in town. The room was clean and well equipped, with laundry on site and a family mart next door. Our package also included some vouchers. There's a very clean onsen at the hotel, with men and women using it at different times.

It's a quiet place with a nice, full view of the mountain, from a different spot than the one other people share. The room was nice. Getting around without a car may be inconvenient since public transport doesn't come this way. You have to walk to Fujisan Station for trains or local buses, while long-distance buses can be taken from Fuji Q Station.

The staff were friendly and easy to approach, and the location is convenient, near Fuji-Q higland with a family mart in front of the hotel. We could see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room was bigger than what you'd get in a Tokyo hotel, and the closet was really useful. A++

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to a 7-Eleven and restaurants for picking up what you need. We chose it for a trip to Fuji-Q Highland, though it turned out to be farther from the hotel than we first thought. Card payment was handy, and I’d stay here again if I’m back in the area.

There’s plenty of parking and the location works well. The rooms were great, and the service was good too. I’d stay here again. This place deserves a higher rating.
