After long days driving around Eastern Hokkaido, our family found this to be a quiet, comfortable place to recharge. The rooms were clean and the staff polite. It was also affordable for what you get, with Kitami Station nearby and restaurants, transport, and convenience stores easy to reach. A practical base if you're passing through Kitami or exploring the Okhotsk region.

The service felt consistently professional, with staff who seemed well trained. The breakfast buffet is made from prepared ingredients, but it was presented nicely and kept at good temperatures. Parking is free, with three car parks close by. It's a compact hotel backed by a major Western company.

The staff were so kind during our two nights at Comfort Hotel Kitami. They even arranged dinner reservations for us, and when I accidentally left my pregnancy pillow behind, they shipped it to our next accommodation at no charge. That was such a relief while traveling. Our room was compact but cozy, with what we needed, and the complimentary nutritious breakfast was a nice way to start each day. Free parking helped too. I left feeling really cared for, and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, supportive stay. Thank you to the whole team! 😌🙏🏻🥰

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was decent. Our room was small but clean. Parking is free, though you might have to move your car to a different lot in the morning. A really nice stay.
