The staff are nice, and there's a roomy shared space for guests. The shower was a letdown, though. Mixing cold and hot water mostly gave me cold water, which was especially unpleasant in winter.

Being only a three-minute walk from Kitami Station made getting around easy, with plenty of useful shops and services close by. The hotel also kept my luggage for me, which made my trip around Hokkaido much easier.

The outside looks a little dated, but the guest rooms and bathrooms appear to have been renovated and were very clean. There was free parking, and both the station and downtown were within walking distance. This is where we stayed on this trip.

I booked a room for the Yakiniku Festival. Hopefully more people will think about moving here and help the economy, though I find it much too cold to live here. The individual air conditioning kept the room comfortable.
