The service was good, and the room was clean.

We had such a wonderful stay that it's hard to find anything to rate poorly. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were kind, and the price felt very reasonable, especially on a weekday. 🥰🥰 The complimentary parfait, one per person, is a real highlight. It tasted surprisingly good for a free treat, and we were very happy with it. I also loved the massage bath in the room. It eased a lot of my travel fatigue, and the amenities were better quality than I expected. We used it as a regular hotel, and the interior was calm with nothing jarring. The TV was large, and it was handy to order foot baths, steamers, shavers, and height-adjustable pillows on screen and have staff bring them to the room. Breakfast is free and delivered to your room, with a choice of time up to 11 a.m., which is great if you're not a morning person. The hotel is on a hilltop, and while a bus gets you almost there, it's a bit far from the city center. That could be inconvenient if you need to leave your luggage somewhere. We left Kobe right after checkout, so it didn't affect us. Checkout at noon made for a relaxed stay, but extensions cost over 1,000 yen per extra half hour. There were no real complaints, and I'd love to come back. Next time I'd like to try the karaoke room! ✨😌

The bunny doll on Instagram was adorable, and the variety of parfaits was exciting. I stopped in while visiting Kobe over a three-day weekend. The rooms were cute, and since they seem to welcome girls' gatherings, I'd love to have a girls' night out here next time. A sweet hotel, just like its name!

I was confused about what kind of hotel this is. At the front desk, I could choose from different shampoo and conditioner brands and take my favorites, which was nice. Room 205 had JOYSOUND karaoke and a Restool foot massager. I followed the karaoke instructions, but it wouldn't work, so I called reception. They said they'd come to the room 💦💦💦. I was fully dressed, so it was fine, but I was surprised they'd come in person. After that, the karaoke worked normally. I ordered a free drink 🧋, and again it was brought to the room, so I had to accept it face-to-face. 💦 These days, a small delivery window in the room seems normal! The bathroom ♨️ was spacious, though the jacuzzi button wasn't working. 💦💦💦 There was a vibrator beside the bed without a condom, and the shop below the TV 📺️ sold two for 300 yen. I couldn't watch adult content on the TV either. I couldn't quite tell if this was a regular hotel or a love hotel. The 500 different kinds of parfaits were impressive, though ordering a drink 🧋 means the parfait costs extra.
