8/10
I’ve stayed in lots of business-class hotels around Japan and tried almost every kind of bed and pillow, so I was impressed by this combination. The bed was super comfortable, the thin memory-foam type pillow was cool, and I slept like a baby. The AC worked really well too. It may be rated 3-star, but I’d give it 4 stars for the bed and pillow alone.

We loved the hotel. It has a lot of European influences, and the staff are very service-minded. The room was just the right size, the beds were amazing, and there were extra high-quality pillows in the room.

I stayed one night for a friend’s wedding and was impressed by how professional the staff were. They were proactive too, which is quite uncommon for a Japanese hotel. I’d definitely stay again if I come to Kobe.

I was there for a wedding, and the whole event seemed to run smoothly. The building is a little dated, but the staff and service were excellent. It worked really well as a venue for a large gathering.

The restaurant food was good, and the place looks nice. It’s one of the oldest hotels in Kitano.
