There are plenty of shops and restaurants with international food around the hotel, and Motomachi JR train station is less than a 10-minute walk away. It was quiet and comfortable, with a spacious room, very clean beds, and a big-screen TV. The lobby staff were friendly and courteous, and check-in was quick and easy. Great value for the money. I’ll definitely keep this hotel on my list for my next stay in the Kobe area.

The room had a safe, kettle, single coffee pod pot, fridge, TV, and internet, plus amenities like a brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a robe. It was very clean. The rooms were like most Japanese hotels, smaller than Westerners are used to. Breakfast was okay, and Sunday seemed to be the best day for it.

The hotel was neat and clean, though small, and the price was reasonable. The location is excellent, close to markets, and it’s economical and good value for money.

The room felt roomier than most business hotels, about 13-14 sqm, and it was clean and cozy. The large tub was great for a soak. Motomachi JR station's West exit is only a three-minute walk away. I'd recommend it.

The room was an okay size and the location was good, but breakfast was awful. I couldn't find anything to eat, not even fruit, and they really need options for people who prefer a more Western diet. Check-out at 10am also feels much too early.
