We spent 3 nights here. The hotel is conveniently placed, with Kobe Station, Harbourland, and department stores including Umie and Mozaic within a 10-15 minute walk. In winter, though, the wind and cold made walking unpleasant, so we took a lot of taxis. Our room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the lobby and restaurant were large too. The room had decent amenities: a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, free water bottles, a desk and chair, and a wardrobe. The front office staff weren't helpful when we asked them to call taxis. Each time, they said they were fully booked, and it felt like every kind of taxi was unavailable in the city. I hope hotels can find a better way to work with taxi companies.

Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were spacious with cozy beds, and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink on arrival. It's only a 3-minute walk from the south exit of JR Kobe Station, so the location is very convenient. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and attractive, and the staff were kind. I asked whether a harbor view was available; they let me know it wasn't and gave me a room overlooking the mountains instead. Beautiful view. Public transport is about a minute away on foot, and Uber takes less than five. I love this place and its staff. Kudos to the manager who chose them.✌️❤️

The breakfast was very nice and delicious, the location was good, and the room was pleasant. The one cleanliness issue was some dirt around the base of the toilet. At check-in, staff asked us, as Japanese permanent residents, to show our residence cards. I said that asking us for those when they don't ask Japanese citizens is illegal. I offered another form of ID and reminded them that copying it would also be illegal. The staff member glanced at it and handed it back, but I was still disappointed. Hotels should know the law and follow separate procedures for residents and foreign tourists. I hope this hotel improves.

This was our favorite stay in Japan and excellent value. The hotel feels modern and was quiet despite being by the harborland, not far from downtown. Our room had everything we needed, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of personal hygiene products. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for me to work on my laptop.
