It may not be the newest or largest hotel, but it was clean and friendly, with great hospitality. They even gave our dog a free gift. This was the only place that didn't ask us for passports. Residents aren't legally required to show them, though most hotels seem to racially profile guests and ask anyway. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and nice. I liked that there was no carpet in the room.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from both the station and downtown, but the front desk staff were attentive and the service was solid. I traveled with my dog, and they thoughtfully provided supplies and gifts. My dog was allowed to walk around the hotel on a leash, which I really appreciated. Some luxury hotels that accept pets seem to treat them as a nuisance, but this place was great. I'd especially recommend it to people traveling with pets. The room was a good size for the price and fine for just sleeping. The value was excellent, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance. (^^)
The staff made us feel right at home, and they clearly love animals. When my cat tipped over the litter box I’d brought at check-in, they helped clean it up with a smile. Sorry for the trouble! It’s a small, clean business hotel near Kobe Station, tucked down a narrow, winding alley. The parking lot is about a 1-2 minute walk away. Our double room was a little cramped and had a unit bath, but the facilities were excellent. They also provide a litter box, food and water bowls, and toilet sheets for pets, which was great. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but the bread and croissants were delicious. It’s affordable, clean, and pet-friendly, with a great location. I’d highly recommend it.
I stayed here quite often during my trip, and the staff were always kind and polite. The room was clean, with no animal smell or pet hair lying around. It’s a rare place that allows pets. It’s in the Kitanozaka area, so getting there from the station takes a bit of a walk.
