After long days out, we appreciated the skincare amenities pack in the room. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. It's centrally located, just a short walk from Sannomiya Station, with Don Quijote, shops, and plenty of places to eat nearby. We stayed during our Kobe trip and would gladly come back.

The lounge made a nice place to get some work done or just relax. The hotel is stylish and comfortable, and restaurants and shops are only a short walk away since it's right in the middle of them. I loved staying here and would definitely come back.

The room was clean, though a bit tight for more than one person when you're moving in and out. The location worked well, with shops, restaurants, and public transport close by. Service was pretty poor. We had to check ourselves in at a machine when we arrived, which made for a bad first impression. Breakfast had very little choice and the staff weren't friendly, so I'd skip it and find somewhere outside.

The room was on the small side, but still quite nice. The hotel is fairly central for the things we wanted to see in Kobe, and the staff were friendly and helped with our luggage when we arrived. There were three staff watching, but we still had to check in on the machine.

There's a pleasant cafe on the first floor, and the hotel is close to the station. The service was good and it felt like good value for the price. The rooms are nicer than at APA hotels, though I did miss having a public bath.
