The lobby has a nice self-service wine bar, plus free drinks and snacks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location is excellent, with most places you need about a 5-10 minute walk away. You won't regret staying here.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the clean rooms had everything we needed. There's a Starbucks on the first floor, and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, izakayas, shopping centers, and convenience stores. It's close to everything, and I'd stay here again if I visit kobe.

It's right by Nankin-machi (chinatown), with easy access to the train station, department store, and convenience store. Merican Park is a good five-minute walk away. The room was very clean, and the morning buffet had a good choice. A comfortable hotel for sure.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms felt roomy. It’s quiet and clean, with free coffee available every day. Chinatown is just around the corner, and some of Japan’s priciest designer shops are across the street. Such a lovely place, and the people were lovely too. I loved it.

The breakfast buffet came with especially warm, polite service, and everything felt clean. I found the rooms and amenities much better than at competing hotels. It’s a very good hotel chain, and great value for the money. I’d sincerely recommend it.
