The hotel is very conveniently connected to Kobe JR and Harborland train stations, as well as several malls via the outdoor second-floor passage. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, grocery shops, and pharmacies. I don’t know of any laundry nearby. We stayed as a family of four in this newly remodeled hotel, which had just opened in December 2025. Everything was fresh and clean. Front desk service was great and accommodating. Rooms are fairly spacious if you choose a deluxe room. I’d gladly stay again. For anyone with young children, the hotel does offer cribs, despite the Marriott website saying it doesn’t. Two minor downsides: the trash bins are small, and the smart TV isn’t connected to the internet.

My room was clean and comfortable, and it was peaceful after a long day out exploring Kobe. The location is excellent, just steps from JR Kobe Station and Harborland, so getting around and finding food was very convenient. The staff stood out. The few team members I spoke with were polite, attentive, and clearly working hard to make guests feel welcome. They seem committed to Marriott-level service, and I think they’ll keep improving as the transition continues. Some parts of the hotel still seem to be catching up with the new brand standards, which makes sense after a recent rebranding. I expect the experience to improve as upgrades and adjustments continue. I look forward to seeing how the hotel evolves under the Marriott flag on a future visit. A pleasant stay with plenty of potential. Best wishes to the team!

The lounge access was a nice perk, with a great view of the station, snacks, and free-pour beverages. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff also greeted us with birthday wishes since it was my husband’s birthday that week, which made our stay feel special. The location is excellent. We could walk to the pier area and to many restaurants near the station. A taxi to shin-Kobe took just 15-20 minutes.

The restaurant on the 17th floor has amazing views and a beautiful mountain backdrop. The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel seemed newly opened, with everything fresh and clean. It’s conveniently reachable by JR from Osaka and surrounded by shopping, including Umie, Mosaic, and more shops. I stayed here recently and look forward to coming back in Mar.

I’d consider staying again. The location is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and clearly trying hard. Before booking, I saw plenty of negative comments, and after staying here I think some were unnecessarily harsh. There’s room to improve after the recent rebrand to Marriott, but my visit was nowhere near a one-star experience. With continued adjustments and time, I’m confident the hotel can meet full Marriott expectations. Overall, a good stay.
