Construction ruined my stay at what’s meant to be a luxury hotel. The cake shop by the pool was still open, but all the work going on nearby made the experience unpleasant for guests who paid a lot to stay here. They should close the whole facility during construction and stop taking bookings until the work is finished.

The Japanese restaurant served food that was tasty and nicely presented. The building has a modern design, and the hotel was clean overall, though a few areas looked a little worn. The hot spring is also open to the public for a small fee, and it got somewhat crowded on Sunday. I’d suggest setting aside an hour or two for hotel guests only. The surroundings are very nice.

There’s plenty here, from two Italian and two Japanese restaurants to a bakery, cake shop, farms for strawberries and vegetables, a public hot spring bath, massage, and accommodation. The local produce makes for delicious food, and the buildings are stylish and beautiful. It’s easy to reach by car. The hot spring is good too, open until midnight, with a cafe, a place to rest, and a souvenir shop.

I only tried the hot spring, and it was great. The baths were well kept, with indoor and outdoor options as well as private ones. The modern building also has a small shop selling food, snacks, and souvenirs.

Really like this spa. The baths are great, and the view is amazing, with bamboo growing right beside the water. There’s also a nice lounge and a great bread shop. The new highway is being built too close to the onsen, though.
