My family and I enjoyed this cozy hotel. We stayed in both Western-style and Japanese-style rooms. The Western room was a little tight, but the bed was good quality and the amenities made up for it. Service was wonderful. Knowing a few Japanese phrases helps conversations go more smoothly, though the staff also did their best to speak English with us, which I appreciated. Breakfast came with the room and was delicious and filling. Guests could use the hot spring once a day, and the staff there were kind and worked hard to explain the schedule and other details. Getting there can be difficult if you don't drive, but the staff will order a taxi if you ask. The train station and shopping center are about a 15-minute walk along the road, which may suit some people. We'd definitely consider staying again.

There's an onsen here with two indoor hot pools, one indoor cold pool, an outdoor hot pool, and a dry sauna. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the bathing area. Lockers, hair dryers, combs, and lotion are available in the changing room.

The staff gave good service, and one employee tried hard to speak English. The location was convenient, with a Family Mart and a BBQ restaurant I visited nearby. The hotel is quite large, around 10-20 floors, and I was surprised by how spacious my room was. A one-bed room costs about 7000 yen, which seems reasonable since breakfast and unlimited use of the hotel's hot spring are included. There are tasty, inexpensive snacks at the hot spring counter. The baths include a cold spring, a bubble massage spring, a pool that wasn't really hot, and an outdoor hotel spring. It was refreshing. There's free Wi-Fi on every floor, and breakfast is on the first floor. A room with two beds costs 14000 yen.

We came for the onsen and liked it a lot. The cold bath was just the right temperature. Also, we're grateful to the man at reception, who spent a long time helping us sort out a battery problem with our car. He was so kind.

After sightseeing in Iya Valley all day, my husband and I stayed here for one night. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. The stay came with tickets for free use of the onsen next door, a spacious facility with several kinds of baths, including a cold one, plus a sauna. Breakfast was a standard Japanese set, with rice or bread to choose from.
