Prices in July 2025 were 4,500 yen for a single room and 6,600 yen for a twin room for two. Meals cost 650 yen for breakfast and 850 yen for dinner, though they don't serve meals on weekends. For a stay with meals included, it was 6,000 yen per person or 9,600 yen for two in a twin room. You could cancel the day before, and payment was accepted on the final day. The rates are low, but not having wired LAN is a major problem if you need internet for work.
For the price, this was a really satisfying stay. It has the feel of a former employee dormitory, with no toilet or bathroom in the room, so it's a minimalist place. The women's floor is on the second level. There's one unit bath with a shower, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You fill it with hot water yourself, which made it feel like having a private bath. Bath salts and other amenities were provided, and towels were in the changing room. There's also a laundry room. I couldn't find a large public bath for men, so I wondered if there is one. The room had no kettle or tea set; those were in the dining room. The refrigerator was there too, shared by everyone. It was a little unusual, but none of it caused me trouble. Even with just a room and no meals, you get a private room with everything you need. It's a great value if you're mainly looking for a place to rest and are comfortable with a dormitory-like feel. I thought it was a fantastic place to stay.
The biggest selling point is how cheap it is, and the bath is the only real comfort. The rooms have just futons and low tables. There's a refrigerator in the dining room, plus handy coffee machines and ice. The bath gets extremely hot at night, then only lukewarm in the morning. This is a dormitory or training-camp kind of place, rather than a hotel or inn. It's usable for a business trip or a solo budget trip, but I wouldn't suggest it for groups of two or more, especially families or couples. It's better than a capsule hotel, at least. The entrance stays open around the clock, with no curfew, so in a way it suits night owls (lol). Seadra is the only comfort. If you can live with all that, it may work for you.
That thing in the room looked like a humidifier, but the place still comes across as a company dormitory. I can't see what makes it artisan-style. The Japanese-style room has a futon and a tiny table, with no toilet or sink, and there's no refrigerator in the room either. In summer, that was miserable. As a business hotel, it's the lowest of the low.
