We booked because we wanted to use the pool, but when we got there we were told it was reserved for the whole day. There was nothing about that on the website. They had apparently made two Google listings to bury bad reviews, I guess. They tried to charge a cancellation fee, but couldn't since they didn't have my card details. 😅

My kids could enjoy the view and play outside without bothering the other guests.

About two years ago, I booked a photo wedding here, though I eventually chose another venue. The food and setting were lovely, and having someone take photos during the ceremony let me really take in the atmosphere. They told me I'd get Disney tickets after some time, and I'm still waiting... lol. I wasn't completely sure I wanted them, but it left me wondering what happened and whether they'd forgotten about my booking. I know I wasn't ultimately a customer here, so it's a little late to bring it up, but a message from them would have changed how I felt about it.
