Kudamatsu Station Hotel

Really bad experience. When the attendant saw my husband, he said there were no double beds, only two singles. But then I looked on other sites and found one. Very sad about this hotel.

I stayed one night and skipped breakfast. There was a strange humming noise, maybe from the refrigerator or something, but it didn't keep me from sleeping.

Such an amazing place.

The facilities and location are fine, but I was disappointed by the service at the front desk. The elderly female receptionist's manner and choice of words seemed inconsiderate. In my view, this may not suit people who expect polite customer service, ordinary business etiquette, or a comfortable environment. I hope the service improves.
