The rooms are really spacious, a welcome change from the tiny boxes at some other Tokyo hotels, and the location is excellent for the price. There are more useful extras than I expected: a microwave in every room, vending machines, laundry machines, manga to read, exercise equipment, and massage chairs in the basement. Coming back to a free beer each day was a nice treat.

The room was fine, the staff were nice, and I have no real complaints about my stay. The hotel is clean and not far from a station, though it feels like the building may originally have been meant for apartments. It also lacks a lot of standard hotel conveniences. The fridge was empty, there was no free water or alcohol for sale, and there was neither room service nor breakfast.

For the reasonable price, I would recommend this place if you're visiting Tokyo on your own. I wouldn't choose it for a family or couple. The room felt tidy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The welcome drink and COVID-19 sanitization policy were good touches. Hamamatsu-cho, on the Yamanote loop line, is about a seven-minute walk away. The downside is the nearby railway. Trains pass constantly, literally every minute, and the sound can bother you while sleeping. It's not very loud, but anyone who needs complete quiet may have trouble getting a good night's rest.

The price is reasonable, and getting around from here is convenient. My room was clean, and it seemed like the sheets were changed every day. The toilet seat had a comfortable washing function.

Getting to the hotel from Hamamatsu Station is easy. The room was larger than others I've seen in this area, and it was clean enough, though not spotless.
