The coffee cost 800¥, and I was shocked when they told me, since using the business area had already cost 600¥. There was a coffee machine there, so I assumed coffee was included. To make it worse, my cup wasn't even a third full.

Most of the concierges are well trained, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. One young man at the front desk, though, wearing a black casual suit, spoke in a way that came across as arrogant and impatient. He talks well, but needs more training, or it could bring down the hotel's reputation.

Getting around was easy, with daiso, lawson, wants, and family mart all within walking distance. I also found the hotel spotless, and the staff at both reception and the dining area greeted me with smiles and were so hospitable. Kure Morisawa Hotel had a really soothing atmosphere. I loved staying here and can't recommend it enough.

The front desk staff were friendly, and I appreciated the free breakfast and the free beer, chuhi, and highball in the evening. The place was clean and modem. A couple of things could be better: breakfast was mostly Japanese food and got a little boring, and housekeeping came in while I was out even though I'd put the do not disturb sign on the door. Parking costs 700yen, and it's just a random spare space in front of the hotel.
