The staff were so kind and helpful, and both the room and breakfast were good. We stayed while visiting the Biwako fireworks and had a comfortable stay. The bath was good too. It was an excellent hotel, a “super” hotel, and I really recommend it!

The breakfast was interesting, and both the service and wi-fi were excellent. A particularly good place if you’re traveling alone.

It’s a bit of a walk from Kusatsu Station, but the front desk staff were very helpful and I had a nice stay. Parking is free. There’s just one elevator, so expect a possible wait when it’s busy. The large public bath is small, so it’s best to avoid the busiest times. I appreciated the free drinks available until 8pm. They also sell frozen pizza and other things, so finding a late night snack shouldn’t be a problem, though we didn’t buy any.
