Breakfast was a highlight, with a good range of Japanese and Western options. The room was a decent size, the staff were friendly and spoke English, and the hotel overlooks the water while being close to restaurants and bars. Parking costs ¥1,000 per night, though there are cheaper lots across the road. I asked for extra pillows easily enough, but it would have been better to have more than one to start with. Otherwise, all good.

Great spot and a decent view from the room, but at this price and with this brand, the hotel feels like a poor excuse. No onsen, no coffee in the room, dinner options are absurdly expensive, and the air conditioning is poor. I wish I'd stayed at dormy inn, which rarely disappoints.

We spent four nights in a spacious, comfortable deluxe twin corner room with sea views. Two windows looked out over the pier and sea, and the panorama was amazing. Breakfast on the 18th floor had the same outlook over the pier and river. We also tried dinner there once at the special hotel guest price, and it was excellent. The hotel has a small gym with several brand-new machines, plus modern washing and drying machines in a room next door. There's a fish market, restaurants, and a convenience store nearby. Reception staff were kind and helped us plan local outings. We'll stay here again next time.

The decor feels a little dated, but it's kept up well. The all-in-one washing machine is free to use, detergent included. Parking costs ¥1200 per day.

The view from our room was spectacular, and the staff were very polite. The room size was acceptable, with a shopping mall, the famous bridge, and other restaurants close by. Updating the facilities could have earned a higher rating.
