Alpen Ridge

Dan at Alpine Ridge made our Niseko trip so much easier. From the minute we arrived, he was responsive and proactive, always seeming to know what we needed next. He sorted restaurant reservations, local tips, transport, and all kinds of details that made everything feel effortless. He’s kind, professional, and knows the area extremely well. One of the best concierge experiences I’ve had, and Alpine Ridge is lucky to have him.

We usually stay in one of the big hotels, but spent a week at The Alpen Ridge. The two-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, and NBS ski rentals downstairs plus the one-minute walk to the family lift made the location great. The staff were the real highlight. Sabrina, Kyla, Claire, Ruby, Sergio, Conor, Dan, Daisy and Evan were all super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks, team, we’ll be back.

Alpen Ridge sits at the base of Family Run and has a ski school, which makes it very convenient for families. The facilities are great too, with full cooking and laundry setups that let families travel light. A great choice for a Niseko visit, heartily recommend!

The accommodation is very comfortable and the ski-in/ski-out location is excellent. Service is still among the best, with the Niseko Wow team attentive, quick, and resourceful. Special thanks to Sabrina, Sergio and Daisy.
