Always Niseko

The restaurant was a real plus, with great coffee and plenty of good choices for lunch and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to the mountain and town made getting around easy. It was handy having Rythem right there for returning rentals, too. The hotel itself was great. A suite is a good choice if you want extra room, though there isn't much space to hang out as a group.

The shuttle made trips to the gondola and around Hirafu simple, even after a long day skiing, and the team made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Ebony deserves a special mention for being so friendly, attentive, and ready to help with local advice and logistics. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out, comfortable, modern, and spotless, with great amenities. We had a fantastic stay at Always Niseko and would gladly return. Great location and outstanding service, highly recommended.

The regular shuttle made the roughly 12-minute walk into town a non-issue, and the rooms were comfortable with an excellent bathroom. We stayed at Always for a week in February 2026. George & Kai welcomed us at reception when we arrived late, then made sure we had the information we needed. Everyone was helpful. A couple of small things could be better: the breakfast fruit ran out quickly, so a wider selection would be nice, and the bar closing at 9pm felt early given how far town is. Still, we had a great stay. Thanks, George & Kai, we'll be back!

The team really made the stay for us. Natalie and Claudia went out of their way more than once, sorting things out and even taking an injured family member to the physio. They were helpful and knew their stuff. The food was outstanding across the board, including the breakfast, lunch, and dinner we tried. Rooms had what we needed, with Netflix and Prime, and the shuttle ran like clockwork in a good location. Always Niseko is a brilliant place to stay. We'd highly recommend it, and the powder snow is obviously to die for!
