Alex picked us up and was really helpful and informative. The transfer to our connecting bus on the last day was easy too. We were very happy with the apartment in Grand Hirafu, Niseko, with its great facilities and lovely view. It’s close to the main gondola, and rental shops, Seicomart, restaurants, and food trucks are a short walk away. We’ll definitely be back!

Unacceptable. Our scheduled 9am transfer to the airport coach never showed, and we missed the 9:30 coach. I called the H2 offices at 9:05 and 9:11. The person on the phone said they needed to check, then never got back to me until after the coach had left. A complete failure.

There’s plenty of space for a big family, and it was very clean. The location is fairly convenient too, near shops and a bus stop.

We had a good stay at first track. It’s in a good spot, right beside the lift, and the environment was nice with all the equipment we needed.
