Waking up to the mountain views each morning was incredible, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area while still feeling peaceful. The team was warm, quick to respond, and always seemed a step ahead. They took care of transport, food recommendations, and ski plans without any stress. Our chalet was spotless, beautifully designed, and one of the coziest places I’ve stayed in Niseko. From arrival on, everything felt smooth and welcoming.

The living room looks out at Mount Yotei, and the view is hard to put into words. We stayed in this beautiful four-bedroom house in Kabayama, Niseko, for a winter ski holiday. It was peaceful and surrounded by nature, while still just a five-minute drive from Hirafu’s food, drinks, and lively atmosphere. The house felt like a real home, with spacious rooms and cozy spots. The kids especially loved the tatami TV room, and the sake chiller was a nice touch when we had friends over. There was plenty of space for our guests, and we made lovely memories together. I’d happily return, and recommend it to families or groups looking for a quiet place that’s still well connected.
