The unit had all the amenities we needed, and its central location made it easy to get to restaurants. The King gondola was just 400 metres away, and we could conveniently walk to YamaSport to rent ski gear. Niseko Central made pickup and drop-off easy. The rooms were large, and with six adults, having two bathrooms made all the difference.

Good location, with plenty of parking, ski storage on the ground floor, and shared washer-dryers. The apartments are small and have kitchens with utensils, though the fittings are a little basic and there are no heated WC seats. There’s no lift.

A simple, really comfortable apartment that worked great for a group of friends.

What really made the stay for me was how hard the staff worked to help us get to Kutchan Station. Our plans changed, and with two adults, two kids, and four bags, we couldn't find a taxi willing to take us. The staff tried six taxi companies, then found a Toyota return point about a three-minute walk from Kutchan Station. They helped us make contact and explained exactly how to get there. When we were ready to leave, they came out to say goodbye to each of us. I was touched, and I'd choose this place again on my next visit to Niseko. The location is handy too, just a two- to three-minute walk from the supermarket and main street. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils we needed, and was very practical to use.
