Tom at the front desk made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. He was professional, thoughtful, and went out of his way to make sure things were right. He really made us feel valued. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with a great atmosphere. Everything went smoothly, and our stay turned out even better than we expected. Tom was friendly and knew his stuff. We couldn't fault the visit and would absolutely recommend the hotel. We'd love to come back.

Our room at Setsumon was just as advertised, and having a small kitchen and laundry was handy. The location was hard to beat. The staff made the week especially memorable. Thomas and Sinead got us checked in quickly and warmly, and Tom, Meg, Maddy, Lydia, and Emily were all friendly and shared lots of useful tips and recommendations. We'd happily stay at Setsumon again.

Tom's warmth and local knowledge really shaped our stay. From arrival, he was welcoming and professional, and he was always glad to answer questions, suggest places, or help with whatever came up. He paid attention to the details and made everything feel easy and personal. Service like his is rare. Tom is a real credit to the hotel, and thanks to him our visit felt relaxed and memorable. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend the hotel, especially with Tom at reception.

This was our second year at The Setsumon, and this time we booked the 3-bedroom Penthouse Apartment with the rooftop hot tub. After skiing, sitting in the tub and watching the night skiing as snow fell was the best part of each day. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and in a fantastic location. Tom was friendly and helpful, and gave us some great food suggestions. We'll definitely be back.

The team at Setsumon made this a holiday we'll remember for years. Thomas and Sinead were so helpful at check-in, and Tom and Meg at the front desk were always ready to lend a hand. Maddy dealt with any problems quickly, while Lydia and Emily were kind and welcoming. Thanks to all of you.
