Niseko Central Condominiums

Hirafu was an ideal base, with everything nearby. Our room was roomy and clean, and the ski and boot lockers were fantastic. The host team were attentive and really helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Kisetsukan and left very unhappy with the customer service. After a small mix-up on the slopes, we asked for a reasonable pickup adjustment of about 150m so we wouldn't have to pull our gear and baby through the snow. A pickup was eventually arranged, and we have accepted that we got the location wrong. The problem was how Erin, the customer service manager, handled the call: she was rude and dismissive, spoke aggressively, hung up while we were talking, then gave us information that wasn't true. We were paying a lot, and this treatment was unacceptable. Communication with the company was extremely poor, and I wouldn't recommend it to families. The response keeps focusing on logistics and policy, though those weren't the main concern. Staffing limits, pickup points, or a busy evening may explain operational constraints, but they don't excuse the way we were treated. We are raising this publicly because our actual concern seems to be glossed over, not to escalate things. Niseko Central should review the call recording and consider whether the interaction showed the integrity, respect, and professionalism it says its brand upholds. We owned our part and expected the same accountability in return.

The room was roomy and spotless, with a comfortable bed, a handy little kitchenette, a free washing machine, and other comforts. I also had an incredible view of Mount Yōtei from my window. There were two convenience stores and several restaurants nearby, and the activities we did were only a short drive away, including hiking Mount Niseko-Annupuri. I was visiting a friend in summer and really enjoyed the place. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. I'd definitely stay again when I'm back in Niseko/Kutchan. Highly recommended.

The staff went out of their way to work around my change of plans, so I'll definitely return next year. The room was large and luxurious, with great mountain views. The building is designed for skiers and snowboarders, with ski racks and drying rooms. A fantastic place to stay when skiing in Niseko.
