The people were super friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Parking is right in front of the pension, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the bus stop is steps away for Niseko United’s other resorts and the king gondola hirafu center. There’s an outside ski room, a dry boot room, and a shared dining hall with a piano and TV. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny. There’s not even room to brush your teeth or put on makeup in the private bathroom, so you have to use the public sink on the same floor. The shower also felt painful, with very high pressure and thin streams.

The owners made us feel right at home and were incredibly friendly. It’s a great location, an easy walk to the Hirafu base and family lift, as well as the shops and restaurants. I can’t recommend staying here enough. Hope to come back soon!

The rooms were warm, clean, and cozy, with a drying room for snow gear, a Japanese onsen, and a long table where guests and owners could share dinner. The place is right in the heart of Niseko, halfway between the slopes and restaurants, and Grand Hirafu is an easy walk away. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Yuka bandaged my snowboarding injuries, Nobu drove us so we could catch our airport bus, and the family were always quick to help and generous with their time. I highly recommend staying here if you’re travelling to Niseko.

This family-run place was great value compared with some of the other property prices. We were right outside a shuttle stop, and only a 3-5 minute walk from a chairlift. The rooms were clean and tidy, and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Amazing service. We’ll definitely be back.
