The concierge was great, always quick to reply and ready to help with anything that came up. Apartment #101 was clean and had a really good layout, with plenty of room, a great kitchen, and a nice dining area.

Being in Middle Hirafu worked fine for us, with Seicomart and Lawsons no more than 10 minutes away and restaurants and bars a short walk around the area. The apartment lift opened straight into the apartment, and the small complex stayed free of congestion and noise from other guests. The concierge team were warm and professional, and always ready to help. Having them drive us to and from the ski lifts or anywhere in the Hirafu area was gold. We stayed in Loft (401) over New Year 2024/25 with six people. The cozy apartment had enough space, amazing views of Mt Yotie, and it was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything worked as it should, the amenities were in excellent condition, and the kitchen had plenty of appliances, including the essential Nespresso machine. The detailed compendium made it easy to use them all, and the heating was simple to adjust. We’d absolutely stay at LOFT again. It felt like a five-star stay.

We woke up to a tremendous view of Mt Yotei every morning. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but it was Emma, Alex, and Craig who made those four days at The Loft so special. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, and we really appreciated it. My family and I had a magical stay, and their service made the long trip from Australia well worth it. Thank you!

The view of Mt. Yotei is hard to beat, and the rooms come with all the amenities. The concierge is very useful, and the free shuttle to and from the lifts makes a big difference.
