Breakfast was a highlight, especially the lively snow report discussion each morning. Stephen, Tanielle, Tim, and the staff gave us useful tips on where to snowboard, eat, and drink around the mountain. The rooms and shared spaces were clean and inviting, with a cozy lodge feel mixed with a medium-sized hostel. There was a nice mix of people hanging out in the lounge to watch movies or share a beer. Popcorn was a fantastic, welcoming, affordable place to stay, and we had a great time there.

Popcorn Lodge has been blessed by the world-famous singer Simply Red and the locally known Big Dog. No need to explain if you know, you know. It's an awesome place to stay.

They picked us up from the bus, and from the moment we arrived we felt at home. We got heaps of information, and there’s a dry room and a washing machine. The ski resort shuttle is just around the corner. We’ll definitely come back.
