I was impressed with how helpful the front desk and online staff were. When I switched rooms, they moved my bags so I wouldn’t miss any skiing. I stayed for 10 days, and found the rooms clean, modern, and quiet. You can walk to the lifts or take a short shuttle, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The basement ski and boot storage kept my gear dry and out of the room. I was very happy with the stay.

We stayed at Yama Shizen East 403 and cooked in most evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and worked well for us. Niseko central arranged rides between the apartment and Yama Shizen, as well as to the Gondola each morning. It’s a great base with easy access to the ski lifts and gondola. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Niseko.

The place was modern, clean, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. Pick-up and check-in went smoothly, and the friendly staff shared useful local tips. Niseko Central’s concierge was also helpful, making it much easier to arrange my trip so I could relax and enjoy it.

Our family holiday was easy to organize thanks to Niseko central. They sorted everything out and were always helpful. The accommodation was lovely and roomy, and the location was excellent. We’ll come back and use Niseko central again. Thank you!
