Jl House Kutchan

The noise was awful. You could hear people in every room, and a big gap under the door let sound and light straight into your room. Instead of fixing it, they provide earplugs. I had safety concerns too. There’s no telephone on site, and snow had piled up in front of the door so badly that getting in meant climbing over it and nearly slipping. Nobody seemed to have cleared it, even though the parking lot was plowed and regularly cleared. There were black mold spots all over the shower curtain. This wasn’t what we expected when we booked. It’s somewhat convenient if you’re skiing at Hirifu, but not for Hanazono, even though it’s six kilometers away. The buses were 20 minutes late bringing us back, and if you miss one, the next doesn’t come for hours. Do your research before coming here.
