Rachel helped us get checked in early and had everything ready, which was a real help after traveling. James gave us great suggestions for places to eat and drink, and every one was a hit. The staff made the stay special. Fresh Water Hotel in Grand Hirafu is right in the middle of everything, with easy access to lifts, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel was clean and comfortable, just what we wanted after long days on the mountain. Had an amazing stay from start to finish, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

The room at The Freshwater Hotel was cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with a relaxing, home-like feel. Housekeeping cleaned it thoroughly every day and paid close attention to detail. Libplus and Natsumi deserve special thanks for their professionalism and dedication. The front desk team were warm and professional from the moment I arrived, and made me feel welcome and well cared for throughout. Jammie ，Daisy and Thomas stood out for their friendliness, patience, and efficiency. My stay exceeded expectations, and I’m grateful for the genuine care from everyone. Please pass along my thanks to the team members I mentioned. I look forward to returning to The Freshwater Hotel and would gladly recommend it to others.

James from Perth gave us such a warm send-off. When we were leaving, he drove us to the welcome center and was relaxed, friendly, and genuinely lovely. His helpfulness and conversation left us with a great final impression after an already wonderful stay. Freshwater Hotel Niseko is modern, cosy, and well placed for exploring the area. We had a great time.

Lyndy and Jesse helped us before we arrived, and Daisy greeted us each day at the property. She shared recommendations and went the extra mile to make our time in Niseko memorable. The staff were the real highlight. The Freshwater Niseko is central to everything and has modern, large suites. We had a great time, thanks to the team.

Thomas J was always ready to help and went the extra mile, which we really appreciated. Rachel and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful too, though I didn’t catch her name. The rooms were clean, and freshwater is well located near restaurants, a convenience store, and the lifts. We had the best stay and would highly recommend it.
