Ryo and Tara were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The Maples Niseko was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay again on our next visit. The location right by the ski lifts made everything easy, especially after a long day on the mountain. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the snow.

The staff’s friendliness and service were the best we’ve experienced, and Oscar was especially helpful and kind. That’s the main reason we’d return to The Maples. This was our first stay here on our third ski trip to Niseko. Ski-in, ski-out made things much less stressful with young children, and shops, restaurants, and bars were close by. The accommodation was modern, clean, and well maintained, though a little small compared with The Vale Rusutsu, which was roomier.

The team was helpful and responsive, and everything felt smooth, comfortable, and well prepared. We’d love to come back. Our apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, a great fit for our multigenerational family trip. Waking up to snowy views and spending the evenings together in the warm, cozy living area made the stay unforgettable.

We stayed seven nights at The Maples and really enjoyed it. We chose it for ski-in, ski-out access, but the included drivers were an unexpected bonus. They took us wherever we wanted to go. Thanks to Alexander, Ben, Oscar, and David for the rides, and Emily for dining suggestions and insens. Our studio for two was comfortable and larger than expected, with a washing machine. Breakfast came to reception in a Benton box. The Japanese option was huge, and we often saved some for lunch since we didn’t always feel like Japanese food first thing in the morning. The ski lockers were useful, though there’s no heated spot to dry wet things. I missed having an on-site onsen, but we could use the one at The Vale for Y1500 or get a ride to the amazing Yoroko onsen. The Italian restaurant on site was good and clearly popular. Highly recommended.

We were given the full itinerary for our bookings when we arrived, which made things easy. The slope directly behind the resort is a family slope, so we could ski as soon as we left the locker. The room was beautiful, with complete amenities, and the shuttle service and overall atmosphere were great. The staff were warm and made the trip memorable, especially Alexander, Damon, and a few others. The people at Focus Physio were lovely too, and the reformer class was good. We had the best time enjoying their hospitality. Highly recommended 🥰
