After a long day, having onsen water in the bathroom tub was a lifesaver. Our Japanese-style room was lovely, clean, orderly, and well kept, though it may be a little dated. The dinner and breakfast buffets were nice, too. We were visiting Nagashima Spa Land, and the hotel’s location and access to the park are about as good as they get. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We also got free shuttles to and from Nabano no Sato, the flower park with illuminations. We’d definitely stay again.

The resort offers free evening access to nearby Nabana no Sato, with a free bus ride there. The light shows were impressive, and you can pay to go up in the Observatory for a view of the park and surrounding area. We stayed one night for the theme park. The onsen was top notch, with lots of indoor and outdoor baths, though the hot bath really is hot! Both buffet meals were very good and had plenty of choices.

We came as four families and were surprised to find such a great place. The service, meals, and onsen were all exceptional, better than we expected. One thing that caused some inconvenience and uncertainty was that the limousine bus to the airport no longer runs. It would be much appreciated if the hotel could offer its own airport transfer, even by reservation and for an additional fee.

The location is a big plus, with easy access to Nagashima Spa Land, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were decent. But the beds were probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on, extremely hard. The rooms also felt a little dirty and dated. At the very high nightly price, I expected a lot more.

We had a wonderful stay all in one place. The room was great, with a private onsen bathtub, and the buffet was amazing.
