We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a surfer area, and you can relax in the Roten Buro on the balcony. The sea view isn't the clearest, but it wasn't terrible. Everything was clean, and dinner and breakfast were all-you-can-eat. The food was decent, though there isn't much nearby, not even a convenience store.

The view was nice, but the outdoor baths were switched off and staff wouldn't turn them on. We were also charged far more for our second guest than the original booking price. When I showed staff that booking a higher suite for two online cost less than their extra-person charge, they just said that was tough. I booked the extra suite after being promised a refund on the original one, but it never arrived. Most staff were rude and dismissive, apart from the cheerful African fellow. Dinner was overpriced too. Japanese guests told me they were charged half what white guests were.

Right across from the popular windsurfing spot, this place was great. Staff at every level were friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to give us good service.

The fresh seafood and the room's lovely view, with an outdoor hot spring, made this one of the best resorts I've stayed at during a business trip to Kyogamasaki. The staff were friendly and had a great attitude. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was a buffet with both Western options like bread, salad, fruit and meat, and mostly Japanese food. Our twin room had a sea view and a private onsen on the balcony, with space for two adults to sit comfortably and watch the sunset. There are privacy screens, though tying them down can be awkward. The water felt mostly like hot water to us, so I'd suggest bringing your own bath bomb. The room was very clean. Bring your own Netflix and cable if you want to watch TV and relax; the screen is about 50-60 inches.
