The only small thing was that the kitchen had just one big pan, but we found it pretty versatile, so it wasn't a problem. The apartment was one of the best I've stayed in, with very comfortable beds and pillows, spotless cleanliness, and welcoming staff. Its location is also handy, near supermarkets, restaurants and main attractions, and only a short walk from Kyoto Station. It exceeded my expectations.

We had a pleasant three-night stay. The room was roomy and neat, reached by lift, and had a disinfectant spray bottle by the entrance. It came with a washing machine, microwave, electric stove, kettle and a few dishes. We'd requested a rice cooker when booking, and some other items can also be reserved in advance. The area was peaceful and easy to reach, with three paid parking facilities within a two-minute walk. At reception we got a warm welcome and an explanation of the hotel policies.

The rooms are large and match the photos. Mine had a little couch, kitchenette, microwave, shower and an in-unit washer-dryer. Very clean! The staff were professional, helpful and nice.

A nice place at a reasonable price. The room had a microwave, washing machine and fridge, though the Wi-Fi was so slow that it needs an upgrade.

It's a small, nice hotel with spacious rooms, a kitchenette and a washing machine. The staff deserve a special mention for being extremely helpful. Good job, guys!
