The capsules were comfortable and well equipped, with dimmable lights, a fan and a built-in clock. Free lockers were available, along with complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, pajamas and towels. This was one of the most inclusive and best-serviced places I stayed in Kyoto, and easily one of my favorite places in Japan. Saitoh was wonderful. I’m glad she persuaded me to buy an umbrella, since it poured all day, and she also took a sweet photo of my sister and me when we left. Loved it!

This was the best place we stayed during our two weeks in Japan. Great value, very clean and with great amenities. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Kyoto.
